you can get an integrated webcam and microphone but the best ones are the britney-esque headphone-microphones as you dont get feedback problems and background noise.... my microphone is integrated in my laptop so theres quite a bit of background noise i think...
Ah. I bought a webcam and a microphone for about £15 in total from PC World but I left in them in my flat in London and they weren't that great anyway.
